It’s #WUFO Time! This is #WUFO Week 21! If you’re new, here’s a FAQ that will get you started. Reminder: send us a picture of your completed punch card and we’ll send you a little something in the mail!
At its very core, WUFO is a fun break from the week to hang out and enjoy each others’ virtual presences. You can do as little as go outside (or check a sky cam) at 10 PM your local time, or as much as hosting your own WUFO watch party (virtually or IRL)! WUFO has also created itself in a way and is continuing to grow all on its own – we’re here for the ride, wherever it may take us. We’re glad you’re here, too!

This week, we’ll be joined around by Nick Taylor, a friend of #WUFO, for a LIVE report from a cornfield near Mammoth Cave in Kentucky!
Quick and simple will be a little difficult to explain what brings me to mammoth cave but I will try. First off my name is Nick Taylor (he/him) and I live and work as a chef in Louisville Kentucky. Second I am an avid listener of Euphomet and Nite Drift which is what lead me to your page. I have been watching the skies with you every week.
A couple of weeks ago I was laid off from my job due to budget cuts at the restaurant I was working for. Rather quickly, I have been offered two very promising positions.
I am currently in a liminal space. I came to mammoth cave to spend a few days with my partner and to getaway from the Louisville noise. I have been practicing magick for about a year now and can confidently say I have seen some success in manifestation.
Before I left for this little trip I made quite the interesting one card pull – The Two of Swords. I also meditated over a puja table of small items I would be bringing with me; including the tarot card, a bottle of ufo water, a hand written symbol of mercury(the planet I wish to contact) the necklace I wear daily, and a couple of other small items. I also brought some basic recording equipment with me for nightly field work. And I must say….last night I heard some interesting sounds.
Anyway, to wrap it up; Each night that I’m here I am attempting to make contact through watching the skies and meditation. The air bnb I’m staying at in the park is directly across the road from a massive corn field. I plan to watch the skies there Wednesday night. I could go on about the strange things I’ve already experienced but I will save the good stuff for the call tomorrow!

If you’re looking for another easy constellation to add to your star-hopping routine, check out Scorpius. With the reddish twinkle of Antares & its claw/tail-like assortment of stars, it really does resemble a giant celestial scorpion rising ominously over the southeastern horizon. 
Another treat to look out for this Wednesday night is the Ophiuchids meteor shower that can be seen right next to our side quest target!
