WUFO Press

On Week 8 of WUFO, the 3 of us hosted special guest Nick (California Creepypasta) – little did y’all know, he was writing a 4 page spread about us for Paranormality Magazine! Now it’s out, and you can read it here

Bex also returned for her monthly report on Jim Perry’s Nite Drift – this time, they talk about the latest happenings with WUFO (including our first potential UFO sighting by a WUFO-er that you can watch here). Give it a listen here. If you’re a patron of Euphomet, there’s also a special bonus video from the interview. Next month, there may be another WUFO with Jim Perry as the guest of honor!  We’ll be streaming live from a recently notorious UFO flap.

Stargazing Side-Quest

Every week we’ll be featuring an astronomical side-quest from estimable astrologer Maighdlin Kelly! While you’re looking at the sky, take a moment to get to know it better.

Maighdlin says:

On 6 April 2022 we’re going to be looking for the constellation CANCER which looks nothing like a crab, but that’s ok!
Cancer constellation-- crab superimposed over the stars with "Constellacean" at top of images
This constellation will be easy to find for those of you who have participated in any previous #WUFO side quests because even though the stars are all relatively dim, it’s right in between a bunch of brighter stars we’ve found already.
The Cancer constellation can be found right in between Procyon and Regulus. You can also find it by starting from Orion (which won’t be visible much longer!) then moving up to Castor and Pollux in Gemini. Cancer is between the twins and Leo too.

Let us know if you found this constellation! Did you recognize any other #WUFO side quest stars nearby like Procyon, Regulus, or Capella? Bonus points if so! Let us know what you see in the sky and happy WUFOing!

Last Week’s Recap

Last week’s contact session was…chaotic. Bex woke up from a surprise nap at 9:05 pm, but was luckily able to join the contact session! No food offerings were made this last week, though.

Cards Pulled:

  • Tether (Sweet Pea & Rose ) – the Calm
  • Barbaro (image of an owl) – Power, but powerful ambiguity. The end of a system, caused not by outright description, but by the inability of some party to act. A kind of temporal malleability.

Bex goes under for an Estes Method Session. Here are some key moments that stand out:

  • “Where can we find the gift?”. You can make it. “What is it?”. It’s hot. Look twice.

  • “Time travel” came through twice (Garrett later went to the Time Travel mailbox in Seattle)

  • *Bex sees water, looked into it and saw a reflection of sorts form*. You found me. “Who is showing Bex this?”. Martin. Gmail him. Perfect.

  • “Are you a time traveler Martin?” North. I’m looking for. For a flower. We love them. (Could this be the aliens seen at the Golden Mum? North was mentioned during our Golden Mum Estes Session, and the name of the bar is a flower)

  • “Who’s eye is this?” I’m Cah. *heard some brakes screeching*All this power. “Are we talking to an owl?” Proud of it. 1, 2. It’s over north. I can feel it. “What’s in the north?” The environment. All tangled up. It’s quantum. I wonder.

  • “How can we connect to you better?”. For me? No. That’s the point. “There’s that trickster energy like last week”. Not evil. “No you’re not evil but a tricker for sure”

The official transcript can be read here, and patrons of Liminal Earth can view the full length session here

What did you think of last week’s session?!

Every single week, our friend over at Unexplainables Creations creates an original work of art for WUFO! Check them out, and send us any WUFO art you find/make yourself for a feature!

Now, let’s see how WUFO-ers spent Week 11:

Tonight’s Plan

We are on schedule to do our usual WUFO activities: make/acquire food offerings, prepare WUFO space, set out a jar of UFO water, etc.

Bex will be joined by Amanda Senter tonight, and they will be creating a temporary aerial entities altar at the beach! If the signal allows, they’ll attempt to stream from the beach! At the very least, that’s where they’ll be spending the 10 O’clock hour.

Garrett is deep in the Olympic Peninsula tonight, but will be attempting to make contact with his HAM radio. Jeremy will be streaming with Amanda and Bex, and will be watching the skies from West Seattle.

As always, we are conducting our weekly live contact session on TikTok and right here at 9:00 PM PST. Join us for some card pulls and an Estes Method session! You can RSVP for the TikTok stream here. If you’re wanting to watch directly from this site, all you have to do click the video above when it’s time!

Once 10:00 PM PST rolls around, we will head outside to look up, find Regulus and spend some time gazing at the sky. Bring plenty of snacks, blankets, and maybe some hagstone binoculars (if you just happen to have some around, like Jeremy). This concludes today’s WUFO post – we are SO excited for tonight’s watch! Who’s going to be “looking up” with us?!
