Welcome to ! This page will be updated throughout the week, so be sure to check back frequently. Welcome especially to first time WUFOers who heard about us during Maighdlin’s FANTASTIC presentation at Phenomenacon 3.  #WUFO is here once again – this is Week 7!

On Wednesdays (at 10 PM your local time), We Look Up! If you are new to us, just passing through, or have some questions, check out this article on here.

For those returning, WELCOME BACK! In past posts, we shared info on exactly how this event started, and what folks can do to participate in case of inclement weather/inaccessibility (with links to virtual telescopes/live sky feeds/guided meditations for contact). You can read those posts here and here.

We have punch cards, a UFO water recipe, weekly astrology side quests, AND an official website: WUFO.WATCH

Guess what’s coming next: STICKERS! Soon, WUFO stickers will be for sale on this very site. We will be making an official announcement when they are ready to release!

Join us LIVE on TikTok this Wednesday at 9:00 PM PST! Until then, check out our TikTok page for more videos on WUFO, weird oranges, HAM radio, and more! Use hashtag on Twitter, IG, Tiktok, etc. to share what you’re experiencing in real-time.

If you’d like to join us for a more in-depth post mortem on the events of tonight over on the Liminal.Earth Discord – consider joining our Patreon for just $1!

Stargazing Side Quest

Every week we’ll also be featuring an astronomical side-quest from estimable astrologer Maighdlin Kelly! While you’re looking at the sky, take a moment to get to know it better.

Maighdlin says:

On March 2nd we’re gonna look for PROCYON in Canis minor!

This one is very easy to spot because it forms a lovely triangle in the sky with Sirius (from 2 WUFOs ago) & Betelgeuse in Orion:

According to Diana K Rosenberg’s book “Secrets of the Ancient Skies vol 1″, Procyon is associated with: “Seek and ye shall find”

“…people who will spend their lives on a search for God, for reasons, meanings, universal human understanding, lost or hidden knowledge, alternate dimensions (and adventure!), and will follow wherever that quest will lead them.” p 440
(pic from p 375)

According to the same book, Procyon is also associated with “𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙠𝙮” and “𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨” so this seems like a very fitting star to get to know for #WUFO

Another reason I am excited for this week’s #WUFO is because this Wednesday will be the night of the New Moon in Pisces!

New moons mean the sky is darkest for stargazing, but it’s also a great time for sending out intentions to the universe… This will especially be the case this week as the new moon will be right on Jupiter, planet of faith and abundance! This will be an extra juicy time to put out those intentions, spells, and get manifesting

With the afterglow of #Phenomenacon, the beautifully refreshing new moon in Pisces, and the fixed star of alternate dimensions and divine visitations, I have a feeling we can all make this the most magical #WUFO yet.

What will you be manifesting with us this Wednesday?

Just look at this amazing “Bufo UFO” for #WUFO we love it! Created by the talented Bram Murphy who does other amazing art too! Check out the rest of their work at: https://www.instagram.com/guileless_goblincore/

Last Week’s Recap

Last week was low-key! With everything going on (Texas trans human rights threatened and Russia invading Ukraine), it felt like the right move. While it’s fun to make big plans, it’s just as fun to have a relaxing evening of stargazing and light divination.

The Estes Method was rather random – we are finding  that it’s easier for the conversation to sync up/flow if there is a physical person audibly asking the question (even with muted mics). Something about that physical/audible question. These are our findings thus far, but would love to hear about your successful virtual Estes Method sessions.

You can read the full transcript of the session here. If you’re a Patron of Liminal Earth, you can watch the full, unedited session (just posted)!

After the session, Bex created a Magic Sentence for a Twitter user (they shared a screenshot of their donation to a local Texas org, so we offered them a magic sentence).

Needing more insight on who exactly we contacted, Bex then pulled a few cards from the Oracle of the Hypogeum:

  • TAN (Honeysuckle, Nettle): “The Kind” – a magician card, finding the good in plants with bad reps. Nettles sting but are nourishing and medicinal. Honeysuckle is invasive, but beautiful and one of the best flowers for tea/incense.
  • METHER (Gourd, Locust): “The Bountiful” – a magician card, a communist drinking vessel. Gourd seeds first have to ferment to germinate, but are then able to produce a large amount of harvestable food.
  • CAVE – going deep, into places not usually visited, that become sanctuaries. Ancestral contributions that require thought to unravel. Safety, unless a bear’s in there. Sometimes a literal cave.

Two magicians is a powerful pull, according to the deck’s co-creator (Jeremy Puma).

Could this reading potentially represent extraterrestrials that have a bad “rep”? Looking past the stereotypes to form a deeper connection? There’s also a reoccurring theme of patience being required, and if approached correctly, could yield amazing results. Also, “Going deeper” always seems to be the objective when conducting the Estes Method. We’re interpreting this as “be patient, keep going”.

Tonight’s Plan

Per usual, we will be making UFO water! Bex has been using it to water her seedlings for this year’s garden. Something tells us those veggies and herbs will be out of this world! For the “Official UFO Water Recipe”, click here

We’re also conducting our weekly live contact session on TikTok at 9:00 PM PST. You can RSVP here. Join us for some card pulls and an Estes Method session!

Once 10:00 PM PST rolls around, we will head outside to look up, find Polaris, and spend some time gazing at the sky. Bex was able to score a telescope during a recent thrift trip, and will be trying it out tonight! Who knows what may be flying through!?

Long term, we’re looking to host a live stream feed right on the home page of this very website. We want folks from all over the world to be able to share their skies/experiments/sightings – live!

Bring plenty of snacks, blankets, and maybe some hagstone binoculars (if you just happen to have some around, like Jeremy). This concludes today’s WUFO post – we are SO excited for tonight’s watch! Who’s going to be “looking up” with us?!
