Wednesday UFO Watch – April 27th, 2022

It’s Time! This is Week 15– we’re starting to get good at this! If you’re new, here’s a FAQ that will get you started. Reminder: send us a picture of your completed punch card and we’ll send you a little something in the mail!

At its very core, WUFO is a fun break from the week to hang out and enjoy each others’ virtual presences. You can do as little as go outside (or check a sky cam) at 10 PM your local time, or as much as hosting your own WUFO watch party (virtually or IRL)! WUFO has also created itself in a way and is continuing to grow all on its own – we’re here for the ride, wherever it may take us. We’re glad you’re here, too!

Weekly Live Contact Session + Special Guest

YouTube player

Gone are the days where you need to check various socials for our weekly live contact sessions – now, you can watch the stream right here at 8:30 PM PST. Hit that bell icon to turn on notifications for this event!

This week we’ll be joined by our pal Alex Fulop (aka bumpy_lumps).

“Paranormal Investigator/ Software Engineer for the New England area. Followed by strange experiences for most of my life, I have a long history of practicing cosmic meditation and communicating with entities on the east and west coasts. UFOs are of particular interest as our history with them is extremely recent, and our interactions with them seem to evolve in intensely personal and intelligent ways.” You can find Alex at bumpsites.netlify.app. We’re very excited to have Alex join us for our Live session!

Shop WUFO Merch

You can visit our shop here. Right now, the shop has both WUFO and Liminal Earth merch, but it this will soon be a WUFO-only shop. Also: we are offering FREE SHIPPING each and every Wednesday! Use code WUFO at checkout!

This is an excellent way to support WUFO as we put a lot of time and energy into making each week as awesome and accessible for folks as possible!

Stargazing Side Quest

Courtesy of Astrologer Extraordinaire Maighdlin Kelly: On 27 April 2022 we will be looking for the constellation CORVUS!

Corvus is an itty bitty constellation found near Virgo, Crater, and Hydra. The stars in Corvus resemble a sail that points to Spica, one of our previous side quest stars universetoday.com/20527/corvus/
Star map indicating location of constellation corvus
Corvus is the crow of Apollo, who when sent to fetch water became a little too distracted by treats, then tried to blame the lack of water on Hydra. Apollo was not amused and now this little buddy remains in the heavens with Crater just out of his reach.
One of the coolest things to see in Corvus (with a telescope) is the 100 million year ongoing collision of NGC 4038 and 4039 aka the Antenna galaxies. These two galaxies are basically a preview to our collision with Andromeda.

Let us know if you found Corvus and tag #WUFO so we can celebrate your stargazing achievement!

Last Week’s Recap

We had so much fun last week with Katie during our live Contact Session! She has us follow a variety of steps, partially inspired by her own experiences with “accidentally” summoning aliens. These steps included washing our hands and feet with salt water, setting up an altar representing all of the elements, focus on a sigil, approach the session with our hearts, and leave food offerings (duh).

Bex’s Altar:

We then pulled cards and conducted a dual Estes Method session, with Katie and Bex going “under” simultaneously.

Key Moments:

  • We asked for a number and got 30
  • Garrett: how do we open the door? We’d like to know how to get inside. Bex: a program
  • The lemon experiment and the color yellow
  • We got 30 the day bumpy turned 30
  • Katie being unable to open the door is interesting

You can read the official transcription here.

Now let’s see what our WUFOers were up to last week:

Tonight’s Plan

Tonight’s WUFO prep will include making more UFO Water, eating cheap pizza (a WUFO tradition in Bex’s household), setting up another element altar (loving this idea from Katie, and serving as a more formal offering space too), and cleansing our contact space. Some light meditation/grounding beforehand is also recommended!

As always, we are conducting our weekly live contact session right here, this time at 8:30 PM PST. Join us for some card pulls and an Estes Method session! If you’re wanting to watch directly from this site, all you have to do click the video above when it’s time!

Once 10:00 PM PST rolls around, we will head outside to look up, find Regulus and spend some time gazing at the sky. Bring plenty of snacks, blankets, and maybe some hagstone binoculars (if you just happen to have some around, like Jeremy). This concludes today’s WUFO post – we are SO excited for tonight’s watch! Who’s going to be “looking up” with us?!
